Jay Walsh has been promoted to the role of President, Franklin Fueling Systems. In this role Jay will be responsible for leading the company and its employees based in 20 different countries throughout the world. Prior to this promotion, during his 22 years with the company, Jay held positions in technical service, sales, and product management. Most recently he held the role of Executive Vice President.
“My focus will remain on our commitment to providing products and services that protect human health and the environment, while delivering the lowest total cost of ownership to our customers,” said Jay Walsh upon the announcement. “As the leader in underground petroleum equipment, Franklin Fueling Systems will continue to build upon our mission to provide total system solutions to our customers worldwide.”
In addition to this appointment, Franklin Fueling Systems also announced that John Adrian has accepted a promotion to Senior VP, Sales, Americas/EMEA. In addition to overseeing sales for the Americas, John will use his experience and managerial expertise to assume sales responsibility for the European, Middle East and African markets.
Tony Hsu has also accepted a promotion to VP Sales, Asia. Tony’s vast experience and sales success in Asia Pacific markets will now be broadened to provide managerial support to the China market.

FFS PRO: University
FFS PRO: University, which launched earlier in this year, serves as the industry’s premier training, certification and resource tool for installation professionals. Through this exciting new online and live training and accreditation service, fuel system installers can get trained and certified in the safe installation and maintenance of all Franklin Fueling Systems’ products. Franklin will have the new platform on display along with live demos of the FFS PRO: Site Builder system.

Tammie Scadden has joined Franklin as a Senior Product Manager for Fuel Management Systems. Tammie will be responsible for developing strategies and managing execution for continued profitable growth in the Fuel Management Systems category. Tammie is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in leading marketing and sales teams. Prior to accepting this position, Tammie was the Senior Marketing Manager at American Girl, a division of Mattel, with responsibility for managing a multi-million-dollar business. She has also worked in different roles of increasing responsibilities at CUNA service group and Demco Inc. Tammie has a BS Marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a MBA from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. Tammie commented on her new position “I have always been customer focused in my work and I am thrilled to become a part of the Franklin Fueling Systems team, where prioritizing customers and quality products are key values.”
Nicole Keppy has accepted a position as a Product Manager for Service Station Hardware / Transport Systems. Nicole will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the Service Station Hardware and Transport categories. Nicole’s prior employment was with Thermo Fisher Scientific in Madison as a Product Manager. She has made significant contributions in terms of launching new products and managing product life cycle initiatives in various roles of increasing responsibility in her career with Thermo Fisher. Nicole has a BS Molecular Biology degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. When asked about the position, Nicole commented "I have significant experience managing product life cycles and I am excited to bring my experience to the Franklin Fueling Systems team."
