It is no secret that successful businesses organise meetings for their sales staff and that is what happened in Germany last week. Our sales, customer service and technical support teams from the EMEA market met at our Wittlich facility for the 2012 EMEA Sales Meeting.
Key points of this meeting were discussions about new products and sales tools available in 2012 and in-depth product training for all our product lines.
Amongst the many activities that took place at this year’s sales meeting was an introduction of a new format of information exchange between our ‘field group’ and product managers to open group dialogue about key factors relevant to you, our customers.
We should not forget to mention our visit to our brand new distribution warehouse and congratulation to a member of staff celebrating 10 years of professional service with our company.
