Single Phase Smart Controller

Designed to replace standard control boxes in both new and existing installations. The Smart Controller provides valuable pump protection and performance features never before offered in one economical controller.

Design Highlights/Advantages

  • Easy Retrofit - The SCI is compatible with single phase STP’s 1/3 through 2 hp; FE Petro or competitive makes.

    • Benefit: Retrofitting existing stations is as simple as replacing the existing control box with the STP-SCI and pressing the reset button to allow the controller to automatically “learn” the electrical characteristics of the pump.

  • History Storage of Pump Conditions- The SCI automatically logs the last five abnormal conditions seen in the pumping system. This data is retained in non-volatile memory.

    • Benefit: Service technicians can quickly view a history of abnormal conditions, particularly useful when troubleshooting intermittent conditions.
