Field Replaceable 5 Gallon Direct Bury Spill Containers with Corrugated Gravel Shield

These spill containers are made from injection molded glass reinforced nylon with a corrosion proof HDPE gravel shield. The container is seamless, eliminating future leak paths and is inert in motor fuels and alcohols. Fully factory assembled, tested and complete with a fill or vapor riser.

Highlights/Advantages

  • Field replaceable without breaking concrete.
  • Bucket seals into a seamless corrosion proof 14 gauge stainless steel sleeve for a permanent watertight seal.
  • Ductile iron cover is powder coated with a cast handle.
  • Cover seals into the stainless steel sleeve using a watertight fluorocarbon “U” shaped wiper seal.
  • Optional API colored covers are available.
  • Gravel guard is 17” tall corrosion proof corrugated HDPE.
  • Drain valve incorporates a powder coated cam lock handle with provision for product ID marker.
  • A foam filter prevents debris from plugging the drain path to the tank and is easily cleaned or replaced in the field.
  • Factory assembled and tested.
  • Optional ductile cast iron snow plow ring is available.
