TYPICAL MANIFOLD SYSTEM (DUAL PRODUCT LINE DELIVERY)

  1. Manifolded System Operation. An STP/IST in each tank supplies two separate discharge lines. Ball Valves may be used for isolation between discharge lines and/or STP'S/IST'S.
  2. Swing Joint may be applicable replacement for flex connector. Piping other than indicated to be per customer recommendations.
  3. Mechanical Line Leak Detector will not detect leak rates that comply with US EPA requirements if multiple STP'S/IST'S turn on simultaneously when all Ball Valves open. If all Balls remain open, An STP-SC, STP-SCIII, or IST-VFC controller must be used. See TB013 for details.
  4. Tanks are recommended to be of same diameters or with top of tanks on the same plane.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Syphon System may be desired with this configuration to balance tank product levels. See engineering sketch ENGSK11A and ENGSK12A for details.
