This step is comprised of loading all System Sentinel AnyWare applications and installing the registration file. The applications consist of set of Operating System Services which we refer to as Core Services, a set of Application Server Pages which we will refer to as the Web Site, and the SSA Administrator console application (a MMC snap-in application), used to configure the Core Services, database access and general configuration parameters of the system.
If this is your first installation, return to the Installation Procedure Page and follow the steps in this section.
If you are upgrading a previous installation you will only need to install the SSA Application, click on the Upgrade Instructions link.
In order to run SSA, a valid product registration file needs to be installed. The registration file has been generated specifically for your company and will be visible in all reports and on all SSA web pages. This file has been provided seperately and should be run on the server hosting the SSA applications. If you have chosen to run separate components on multiple servers, the registration link should be run on each of the participating server.
