FLEX-ING™ brand probe access manholes offer an ideal solution for housing fuel management systems electronics and providing tank access with isolation from backfill.
In-station diagnostics (ISD) ensures that all components of the vapor recovery system are functioning normally.
Temperature sensors detect changes in liquid temperature and is ideal for use with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF/AdBlue®) as part of a recirculation system to prevent the freezing of liquid in colder climate applications.
This longer Coaxial Delivery Elbow is designed to accommodate the needs of the tank truck industry. The longer elbow is made of durable lightweight cast aluminum. The elbow connects to the product line and vapor recovery line at the same time, allowing for single point drop and vapor recovery. This elbow meets Stage I and II vapor recovery standards.
Vented installation kit for use with the FMP-HIS-U or FMP-HIS XL-U sensor installed in a 4" (10 cm) reservoir opening on double wall fiberglass tanks. The cap is compression-fit into the riser pipe via the use of a lever.
This durable cast aluminum elbow ensures complete vapor recovery for dual point systems, and can be ordered with a variety of different adapters to meet any requirement. The simple four bolt flange design allows for easy replacement of adapters over competitive threaded styles. Its low profile design allows for convenient storage and the specially designed quick grip one hand operation handle allows for easy on and off attachments.
These air interlock valves were designed to operate two different air systems at the same time. The lightweight valves are designed to lock the trailer brakes and open the air operated vapor valve at the same time. These six-way air valves can be used in the normally open (N/O) and normally closed (N/C) configurations of N/O, N/C, or N/O, N/O, or N/C, N/C positions. They have an adjustable stem and come standard with TTMA and API mounting holes.
Ensure proper vapor recovery every time by using the Air Interlock with Limit Switch. With the limit switch, bottom loading cannot begin until a vapor recovery hose is connected to the vapor check valve. The switch does its job by breaking a connection in the secondary over-fill prevention system, thus preventing the rack monitor from giving a green light to the transport. Once a vapor line is connected, loading can begin. The coupler first depresses the plunger button of the interlock, which then locks the trailer brake system and completes the connection to the rack monitor. The vapor hose must be disconnected before the brakes will release, allowing the truck to be driven away.
The wall transition sleeve is a practical, environmentally sound solution for below ground generator or boiler applications that pass through the walls of buildings or concrete structures. Piping enters the sleeve through APT’s special flexible entry boots. The wall transition sleeve is an economical alternative that allows a straightforward installation with no tools.
