Use these specialized tools to aid in your installation of UPP™ pipework and containment systems.
The Surge Management System provides surge protection for dispensers as well as multiple types of common electronic circuits in one, consolidated enclosure.
Based on float-switch technology and made of chemically-resistant materials, the ULS is a low-cost sensor that can be installed in sumps, dispenser pans, steel double wall tanks or other locations where the presence of liquid indicates a leak has occurred.
This longer Coaxial Delivery Elbow is designed to accommodate the needs of the tank truck industry. The longer elbow is made of durable lightweight cast aluminum. The elbow connects to the product line and vapor recovery line at the same time, allowing for single point drop and vapor recovery. This elbow meets Stage I and II vapor recovery standards.
Our product systems are designed to create efficiencies and user benefits beyond those of standalone products.
EBW® Steel Knock Down Manways feature a 3/8" diamond back steel plate cover with a galvanized steel skirt. Covers available in 16" × 16" and 24" × 24" dimensions, engineered and tested to meet or exceed H20 and HS20 load ratings, and each is individually boxed with skirt in knock down form for easy handling and storing.
EBW™ Anti Syphon Valves are recommended for all aboveground storage applications to prevent fuel from exiting the storage tank in the event of a broken line or leak. The Anti Syphon Valve will shut-off product flow when lines are broken, preventing fuel spillage and fire hazards.
Because DEF will freeze at around 12° F (-11° C), no DEF system is complete without a means to prevent it from freezing in the lines. When temperatures drop, EVO™ recirculates the fluid – preventing it from freezing in the lines.
These electrofusion entry seals weld directly to the walls of polyethylene chambers or sumps. They have been specifically designed to reduce the number of fittings necessary to provide water tight seals between the underground tank sump/chamber and the UPP primary or secondary contained pipe and electrical conduit or duct. The nature of the seal means that after installation it becomes one with the sump, with zero leak paths, creating a 100% leak tight system. The seals are polyethylene based allowing electrofusion of UPP pipework systems directly to the penetration, negating the need for mechanical boots and creating a homogeneous structure of the sump, boot and pipe. The spigot on both sides of the 305 allow for EIF welding. The seal is fully vacuum and pressure testable ensuring 100% leak free seals and sumps.
