The economical EBW™ brand 402 Series utility nozzle is constructed of high tensile strength aluminum alloy. Its angled design allows more efficient fueling positions by reducing hose wear and pinch points.
With the PetroTite Standard and Optimum fusion chambers the riser section electrofuses to the base, removing the need for multiple bolt holes and foam gaskets in this area, therefore dramatically reducing the number of potential leak paths. With its simplified assembly, this electrofusion system also reduces the installation time. Welding of the chamber can be performed using UPP electrofusion equipment in approximately six minutes. Once welded and cooled the base and riser of the OCH models become one homogeneous unit, with no mechanical joints and no leak points. The chamber can then be vacuum tested to ensure that it is 100% leak-tight. The Optimum chamber is available with either Deep or Shallow bases, and both will allow for a very easy installation of pipework before the riser is fused into place.
EBW® product shear valves immediately stop product flow in the event of fire or collision at the dispenser. A patented adapter shears upon impact, causing the poppet to seal on the valve body, preventing fuel spillage. If fire occurs, a fusible link releases the fulcrum arm, engaging the poppet.
Phase separation float kits deliver fuel inventory monitoring, water level detection, and phase separation detection all in one kit.
The Power Integrity™ Remote Control Solution (RCS) fueling control panel combines the required dispenser/pump disconnects, dispenser hook isolation, low-voltage dispenser data disconnects, and E-stops into a single panel. The RCS also provides advanced device power status monitoring, remote E-Stop engagement, and remote power resetting capabilities for fuel system and C-store critical assets. With OVERSITE™ remote monitoring and power cycling capabilities, C-Store operators can remotely reset fuel dispensers, site controllers, submersible pumps, and more, significantly reducing the need for costly on-site maintenance trips and eliminating the expenses associated with extended downtime.
All-In-One Dispenser Disconnects offer a flexible approach to disconnecting low voltage circuits including, data, credit cards, intercom/communication, and video/media circuit conductors connected to dispensers. Primary and secondary disconnects for both twisted pair and Ethernet circuits are combined into one space-saving, pre-configured enclosure.
Communication/Intercom Secondary Disconnects are designed to expand the number and type of circuits that can be disconnected. They are used for intercom wiring and can also be used to disconnect additional communication conductors connected to a dispenser.
Our objective is to utilize standard fittings whenever possible. Consequently, all APT swivel and non-swivel fittings are compatible with standard 1½", 2" and 2½" NPT plumbing fittings that can be purchased in your area.
Analog inventory and leak detection probes provide accurate tank level monitoring and reporting with optional leak detection capabilities. These probes employ magnetostrictive position measurement technology to accurately report inventory levels in storage tanks.
