Use this Vapor Check Valve to return vapor to the truck during terminal loading and service station drops. The 3" poppet opens when coupled and closes when disconnected, preventing the vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. The valve has 3" or 4" female NPSM threads, a 4" cam and groove, and tapped mounting holes for the EBW Air Interlock Brake. The 303 series is available without a poppet to serve as a male quick coupler with an Air Interlock Valve mounting pad.
Air assisted emergency valves make product handling safer and installation more convenient. The emergency valve has a shear groove that meets 49 CFR 179.345-7. The seat of the valve is located inside of the tank shell as required by DOT regulations. One valve has the capability to be converted to either right or left hand control.
The economical EBW™ brand 402 Series utility nozzle is constructed of high tensile strength aluminum alloy. Its angled design allows more efficient fueling positions by reducing hose wear and pinch points.
Installing APT™ brand XP flexible pipe inside of a narrow-base dispenser sump has never been easier. The XP pipe clamshell tee and elbow fittings allow for an easy space-saving installation by enabling an installer to connect flexible pipe directly into a shear valve riser. This eliminates the need for extra galvanized fittings. By eliminating the galvanized fittings, you also reduce the amount of potential leak points, giving you peace of mind that your installation is secure. With the tee and elbow fittings you can complete an XP pipe installation inside of a sump in less than 16” of linear space. The stainless steel design of the fittings makes them an ideal solution for any fueling application.
These protective sleeves are constructed with durable, state-of-the-art engineered polymers which are resistant to fuels and other corrosive materials to provide an extended service life.
EBW pressure vacuum vents are used on storage tank vent pipes to discharge vapors upward into the atmosphere. The top casting is dome-shaped to quickly drain off moisture including rain, snow and ice. Body and cover are cast aluminum. 2" and 3" models have vent rates of 8000 cubic feet per hour, and produce 8.0 ounces of pressure and 0.5 ounces of vacuum.
Single Sockets are manufactured in accordance to API RP1004 and are compatible with all overfill monitor plugs. These sockets are moisture proof and have stainless steel contact pins in a bakelite housing. Hard-coated aluminum faceplates and J-Slots are long-lasting and come standard with black plastic caps. Optic, Thermistor and Float styles are available.
Designed to ensure a true tank bottom measurement and protect the bottom of the tank from punctures.
