FLEX-ING™ brand 1½" diesel exhaust fluid shear valves shut off the flow of DEF/AdBlue® in the event of a vehicle collision with a dispenser preventing an excessive and uncontrolled release into the environment. The optional e-coated mounting bracket allows installation both in containment sumps beneath the dispenser as well as direct mounting to the concrete forecourt.
FE PETRO® diesel exhaust fluid submersible turbine pump (STP) kits come with everything you need for pumping DEF/AdBlue®. DEF STPs are offered in easy-to-order variable length complete packages or as individual kits for fixed length applications.
The sight glasses featured on this vapor recovery fitting can help detect liquid accumulation in the vapor manifold of a transport. A drain plug lets any extra fuel drain out, and the poppet prevents vapors from escaping when disconnected from the hose. A low pressure drop makes flow rates faster and vapor recovery safer. The adapter is constructed with a standard 4" TTMA flange, a 4" cam and groove, and a mounting pad for the Air Interlock Valve.
The fill swivel adapter helps prevent leaks caused by constant fill delivery elbow movement on the riser adapter. The top section rotates during normal deliveries, preventing the bottom section from loosening on the riser pipe which could cause a vapor or product leak around the adapter.
The secondary containment monitoring (SCM) system detects leaks in double-wall piping, tanks, and containment sumps. The system utilizes the siphon/vacuum port of a submersible turbine pump to draw a vacuum on these interstitial spaces. The vacuum levels are then continuously monitored to detect any potential leaks in these double-wall containments.
Handle fuel vapors safely and efficiently with this lightweight aluminum vapor valve. The air-operated valve allows fast vapor flow during loading and unloading. The poppet is designed to open into the tank, preventing accidental leakage from product surges or from a tank truck rollover. Easy-to-use air line connections are located outside the compartment for convenient installation and maintenance. The 3.5" vapor valve comes with male NPT threads or a TTMA flange for installation in conventional 16" or 20" manholes.
EBW vertical check valves are used on suction system fuel lines to maintain prime. Check valves are installed directly below the dispenser pumping unit. EBW offers both single and double poppet models. Double poppet models offer twice the protection from losing prime. Metal to metal poppet seating. All valves are pressure tested to ensure accuracy.
The EBW Warden® is designed to provide a positive shut-off during a pressurized fill delivery on an aboveground storage tank. It eliminates spills and overfills, avoiding costly cleanup expenses and ground contamination. The Warden® is fully adjustable to provide shut-off in various height and capacity aboveground tanks. It is designed to fit into a 4" fill riser, making installation on new and existing locations simple and quick. Designed with inverted floats for use in small or large rectangular tanks.
