EBW® Composite Manways

SAFE-LITE FRC access covers are ultra lightweight. Engineered and tested to meet or exceed H20 and HS20 load ratings. Covers weigh almost one-third less than steel, which dramatically reduces injury potential during cover removal. Available in 12", 30", 36", and 42" sizes. The slide action cover further reduces the chance of injury by eliminating the need to bend down to remove or replace the cover.


Optimum Fusion Small Riser

With the PetroTite Standard and Optimum fusion chambers the riser section electrofuses to the base, removing the need for multiple bolt holes and foam gaskets in this area, therefore dramatically reducing the number of potential leak paths. With its simplified assembly, this electrofusion system also reduces the installation time. Welding of the chamber can be performed using UPP electrofusion equipment in approximately six minutes. Once welded and cooled the base and riser of the OCH models become one homogeneous unit, with no mechanical joints and no leak points. The chamber can then be vacuum tested to ensure that it is 100% leak-tight. The Optimum chamber is available with either Deep or Shallow bases, and both will allow for a very easy installation of pipework before the riser is fused into place.

800 Series ORVR

The HEALY™ 800 Series Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery (ORVR) nozzle converts any new or existing dispenser to a CARB certified system for ORVR compatibility. The smart interface design will automatically detect whether a vehicle is equipped with ORVR to prevent over-pressurization caused by clean air being pulled back into the storage tank. Available for use outside of the United States.


Air Assisted 90 Degree Emergency Valve (Victaulic™)

Air assisted emergency valves make product handling safer and installation more convenient. The emergency valve has a shear groove that meets 49 CFR 179.345-7. The seat of the valve is located inside of the tank shell as required by DOT regulations. One valve has the capability to be converted to either right or left hand control.

The seat area of the valve is located inside the tank shell as required by DOT regulations. This valve gives you the advantage of a faster flow rate while fitting a standard 4" TTMA sump. The high flow rate is established by a full opening throat area. Emergency Valves are available in 90° elbow type or straight type, 4" TTMA flanges or Victaulic™ outlet, and mechanical or air assisted.


Dispensing Cutoff System

The DC400 Dispensing Cutoff System is a stand-alone, solid state two-part system which includes a controller and sensor, designed to automatically shut down product flow if liquid is detected inside containment spaces. Ideal for retrofit applications, the DC400 allows for easy compliance with new and evolving regulations, without the added expenses of shutting down your site to break concrete for new conduit and wiring installation. The DC400 can be mounted inside any turbine sump to provide complete pump shut down or mounted directly into dispenser sumps, allowing only the effected dispenser to be shut down as liquid is detected.


Extractor Vent Valves

EBW extractor vent valves are designed to fit into a 4" tank opening on an underground storage tank. Several outlet sizes are available to accommodate manifolded tank lines and Stage II vapor recovery installations. E-coated bodies are fully compatible for alcohol/gas blends and biodiesel.
