Installation kits for containment sumps and direct-bury applications.
Fiberglass seam kits include everything you need to complete a fiberglass containment sump installation. These kits are for use with all APT® brand fiberglass turbine sumps as well as EBW® brand fiberglass multiport sumps.
EBW™ brand monitoring well cap plugs expand on the inside diameter of the screen pipe casing to form a vapor and watertight seal. An integrated locking mechanism prevents unauthorized access. The locking mechanism features a captured bolt, eliminating potential drop-out. The cap is a distinctive yellow color and features the words "Do Not Fill - Monitor Well" which is molded into the cap.
FLEX-ING™ brand utility break aways are designed to provide protection for dispensing equipment at high capacity fueling locations. These heavy-duty break aways are ideal for applications including marinas, truck and bus terminals, off road refueling, fuel oil delivery and other industrial applications.
APT™ brand 4” XP Pipe ducting allows for simple and easy pipe removal without the need for extensive excavation. The 4” inside diameter of the ducting allows XP pipe to easily slide through during installation or removal. This updated design features integrated flat, non-corrugated sections which provide flat sealing surfaces for tight entry boot connections.
The DC4830 is of bolted construction at the riser/base joint which will give a joint of the same quality as that to the tank for a fully watertight seal.
Angle check valves are used on suction system fuel lines to maintain prime. EBW angle check valves are installed at the top of an underground storage tank suction line. Single poppet models are typically used where access to the valve is readily available.
UPP® steel electrofusion entry seals weld directly to the walls of steel chambers and underground dispenser containment. They provide a water tight seal between UPP® primary or secondary contained pipe and steel underground containment. The nature of the seal means that after installation it becomes one with the sump, with zero leak paths, creating a 100% leak tight system.
Under pump/in-line check valves are designed to be installed directly in the inlet of the dispenser pumping unit to maintain prime on a suction system fuel line. The under pump/in-line check valve can also be used in a pressurized system at the submersible pump outlet to hold product in the line. Cast-in Hex for sturdy wrenching surface. NPT threads on both ends are designed to receive female threaded product lines. Pressure relief models relieve thermal expansion in the pumping unit, reducing the chance of vapor lock.
