The FLEX-ING™ brand DuraDEF™ nozzle features a specially encapsulated aluminum casting which is lightweight yet completely DEF/AdBlue® compatible. It provides the performance and construction specifications required for DEF/AdBlue® delivery in a familiar, user-friendly design. This nozzle features a mis-fill prevention spout that prevents DEF from being dispensed unless the spout is engaged with a miss-fill prevention device (MPD). The MPD is available separately.
UPP® steel electrofusion entry seals weld directly to the walls of steel chambers and underground dispenser containment. They provide a water tight seal between UPP® primary or secondary contained pipe and steel underground containment. The nature of the seal means that after installation it becomes one with the sump, with zero leak paths, creating a 100% leak tight system.
Under pump/in-line check valves are designed to be installed directly in the inlet of the dispenser pumping unit to maintain prime on a suction system fuel line. The under pump/in-line check valve can also be used in a pressurized system at the submersible pump outlet to hold product in the line. Cast-in Hex for sturdy wrenching surface. NPT threads on both ends are designed to receive female threaded product lines. Pressure relief models relieve thermal expansion in the pumping unit, reducing the chance of vapor lock.

They have been specifically designed to reduce the number of fittings necessary to provide water tight seals between the underground tank sump/chamber and the UPP primary or secondary contained pipe and electrical conduit or duct. The nature of the seal means that after installation it becomes one with the sump, with zero leak paths, creating a 100% leak tight system. The seals are polyethylene based allowing electrofusion of UPP pipework systems directly to the penetration, negating the need for mechanical boots and creating a homogeneous structure of the sump, boot and pipe.
The AST above or below ground transition sump is the practical, environmentally sound solution for remote dispensing from aboveground storage tanks. Steel and flexible piping enter the sump through the APT flexible entry boot. Inside the sump, the steel piping easily connects to flexible piping for a fueltight, continuous run to dispensers or an intermediate sump.
EBW vertical check valves are used on suction system fuel lines to maintain prime. Check valves are installed directly below the dispenser pumping unit. EBW offers both single and double poppet models. Double poppet models offer twice the protection from losing prime. Metal to metal poppet seating. All valves are pressure tested to ensure accuracy.
Similar to the VP1000, except powered by a suction pump motor. One pump supplies both sides. Simple installation with no excavation minimizes downtime and labor; ideal for retrofitting new or existing dispensers, installs easily on a bracket or attached to the frame of the unit. High vacuum level assures clearing of flooded vapor hoses.
This nozzle fulfills your requirements when dashpot construction is not required. The same rugged construction and long wear features of the 410 dashpot nozzle have also been built into this model.
FLEX-ING™ brand diesel exhaust fluid swivel break aways provide in-line protection for hanging hardware in the event of a drive off. These break aways feature a stainless steel body that makes them extremely durable and completely compatible with DEF/AdBlue®. The break away design ensures proper drive-off protection and allows for easy installation directly between the nozzle and hose. The integrated swivel action provides easy nozzle rotation during vehicle filling while also helping to reduce hose wear and kinking.
