Electrical Conduit Rigid

APT™ brand rigid entry boots allow you to connect electrical conduit to containment sumps with a significant reduction in installation time, while also completely removing exposed rubber from the connection. This durable entry boot requires only a single 2.75” entry hole for installation, removing the time-consuming process of drilling multiple holes for fastening purposes. A clamping nut and two clamping seals are used to compress the fitting into place against the sump wall simply by tightening it into place, providing a watertight connection between the boot and the sump surface. The same method is used to seal the pipe into place simply by tightening the integrated conduit seal nut. The interior pipe seal then compresses on to the pipe, providing another watertight connection between the boot and pipe.

Monitoring Well Cap Plugs

EBW™ brand monitoring well cap plugs expand on the inside diameter of the screen pipe casing to form a vapor and watertight seal. An integrated locking mechanism prevents unauthorized access. The locking mechanism features a captured bolt, eliminating potential drop-out. The cap is a distinctive yellow color and features the words "Do Not Fill - Monitor Well" which is molded into the cap.

Product Drop Elbows

This durable 22" tall product elbow was designed for those deep tank burial applications and has a high flow rate as a result of the unrestricted flow pattern. It fits all 4-inch top seal adapters and can also be ordered with a variety of different adapters to meet any requirement. The single four bolt flange design allows for easy replacement of adapters over competitive threaded styles and is designed for extremely easy on- and off-coupling as a result of aluminum bronze alloy docking.

600 Series Bootless

The HEALY™ brand 600 Series Bootless Vapor Recovery Nozzles feature a bootless design for Stage II Vapor Recovery applications. For use on new or existing vapor-ready dispensers, this nozzle features internal vapor flow control  which is performed without the use of electronics or variable speed pumps installed at the dispenser.

Coaxial Delivery Elbow

This longer Coaxial Delivery Elbow is designed to accommodate the needs of the tank truck industry. The longer elbow is made of durable lightweight cast aluminum. The elbow connects to the product line and vapor recovery line at the same time, allowing for single point drop and vapor recovery. This elbow meets Stage I and II vapor recovery standards.

Ethernet Disconnects

Ethernet Secondary Disconnects are secondary dispenser wiring disconnects designed to expand the number and type of cabling that can be disconnected. They are designed for dispensers that use Ethernet network cabling for secondary dispenser communication.

Break Aways

HEALY™ vapor recovery break away valves provide full product and vapor shut-off in the event of a drive-off with 350 lbs of separation force. Reduce damage to the dispenser, vehicle, and forecourt with the immediate sealing of both fuel and vapor pathways. Both in-line and swivel break away valve options are certified to be reconnected in the field to help mitigate the cost of separations.

Vapor Caps

These lockable vapor caps act like dust covers, but won’t activate the Air Interlock Valve when used on vapor check valves and adapters. Iron-copper infiltrated cams create a solid push-down-and-pull-up movement for quick, easy removal and replacement; steel latches hold the caps secure. Orange in color to indicate vapor recovery, the caps can be used with any 4" male cam and groove. Caps also available with finger ring and chains.

In-station Diagnostics

In-station diagnostics (ISD) ensures that all components of the vapor recovery system are functioning normally.
