HEALY™ vapor recovery break away valves provide full product and vapor shut-off in the event of a drive-off with 350 lbs of separation force. Reduce damage to the dispenser, vehicle, and forecourt with the immediate sealing of both fuel and vapor pathways. Both in-line and swivel break away valve options are certified to be reconnected in the field to help mitigate the cost of separations.

  • Provides full-rated product flow of up to 10 GPM.
  • Easy on-site reassembly.
  • Includes spare shear screw conveniently mounted on the break away valve.
  • Reduces fuel spillage and vapor emissions.
  • Optional two-piece scuffguard available for in-line option.
