Optimum Fusion Small Riser

With the PetroTite Standard and Optimum fusion chambers the riser section electrofuses to the base, removing the need for multiple bolt holes and foam gaskets in this area, therefore dramatically reducing the number of potential leak paths. With its simplified assembly, this electrofusion system also reduces the installation time. Welding of the chamber can be performed using UPP electrofusion equipment in approximately six minutes. Once welded and cooled the base and riser of the OCH models become one homogeneous unit, with no mechanical joints and no leak points. The chamber can then be vacuum tested to ensure that it is 100% leak-tight. The Optimum chamber is available with either Deep or Shallow bases, and both will allow for a very easy installation of pipework before the riser is fused into place.


Conduitless Entry Fiberglass

The APT™ brand 36" x 17" conduitless entry fiberglass sump is designed specifically for use with Gilbarco™ Encore™ dispensers. The dispenser sump comes completely pre-assembled from the factory including the dispenser mounting frame and the stabilizer bar kit mounting tracks. The stabilizer bar kit mounts into the track and is adjustable on all planes to ensure proper alignment of shear valves and pipework. The conduitless entry frame allows electrical conduit to enter the dispenser directly from the bottom avoiding sump penetration and eliminating potential leak paths.

Fusion Ducted Entry Boot

APT™ brand Fusion Ducted Entry Boots provide a watertight seal between XP Pipe and polyethylene constructed containment sumps. Utilizing the electrofusion welding process, the entry boot, ducting, and sump become one solid structure, creating a watertight entry into the containment space.

API Adapters

Loading and off-loading fuel from a transport truck is easier than ever with the bottom loading adapters from Franklin Electric Fueling Systems. While loading, the free floating poppet opens under pressure allowing the handle to remain in the closed position. This minimizes spillage caused by leaving the handle in the open position when disconnected from the bottom loader. The adapter handle is offered in aluminum or nylon and provides two open positions of flow allowing the delivery driver to manage the flow rate while off-loading fuel from the truck. The lightweight, heavy-duty adapter is engineered and tested to meet API RP 1004 specifications. The outer end is made of hard coated aluminum and rotates seven times to maximize the products life and prevent wear that can be caused by terminal off-loading couplings. The inner wall of the adapter is fully tapered, minimizing product retention inside of the valve when off loading is complete. Each model is compatible with all API dry disconnect couplers and are constructed with a standard TTMA 4" tank truck flange and mounting lugs for air interlock valves. Sight glass options are mounted on the side of the valve to maximize visibility during fuel transfer and are available in 1" and 3.5" sizes. Fuel loading and off loading management has never been easier, safer or more efficient.
