These lockable vapor caps act like dust covers, but won’t activate the Air Interlock Valve when used on vapor check valves and adapters. Iron-copper infiltrated cams create a solid push-down-and-pull-up movement for quick, easy removal and replacement; steel latches hold the caps secure. Orange in color to indicate vapor recovery, the caps can be used with any 4" male cam and groove. Caps also available with finger ring and chains.
The PV-ZERO pressure/vacuum vent valve from Franklin Fueling Systems provides an innovative solution for tank venting needs. The patented liquid trap design utilizes vapor pressure to provide positive and negative pressure relief of an underground storage tank. The stainless steel design allows the PV-ZERO to be compatible with both gasoline and E85.
The S940 Sensor Alarm Console is a cost effective solution for tank overfill protection and sensor leak detection needs.
APT® double wall rigid entry boots allow you to create connections between APT® XP double wall flexible pipe and double wall fiberglass containment sumps. These boots are easily installed to the sump wall using the included adhesive with no additional messy fiberglass work required. Rigid entry boots require only a single 3¾” entry hole for installation, eliminating the time-consuming process of drilling multiple holes as well as the templates they require.
The magnetic starter incorporates ambient compensated relays with quick trip heaters and three leg protection to assure proper 3 HP and 5 Hp pump motor protection.
The HEALY™ clean air separator prevents excess emissions and product loss by controlling gasoline storage tank pressure. The unit works in combination with Healy ORVR/EVR type nozzles as part of a system that increases overall performance and efficiency.
HEALY™ brand ¾" low permeation coaxial vapor recovery hose is designed for use in refueling applications requiring reduced permeation rates of 10 g/m^2/day to improve air quality and emissions. This premium hose provides long-lasting service with multi-fuel compatibility.
The Surge Management System provides surge protection for dispensers as well as multiple types of common electronic circuits in one, consolidated enclosure.
Brass Foot Valve: Foot valves are used to maintain the prime in suction system fuel lines. The foot valves are installed at the bottom of the suction pipe at the bottom of an underground storage tank. Single poppet foot valves are typically used where easy access to the valve is available. Double poppet models offer twice as much protection for maintaining the prime. Both 1-1/2" models can be used with EBW 320 extractor fittings. Foot Valve Extractor: The 320 foot valve extractor is designed for use with the 150 and 156 1-1/2" foot valves. This 20 lb. extractor valve provides a means to remove foot valves easily from underground storage tanks for cleaning or servicing. The 320 foot valve extractor is gasket sealed to prevent loss of prime caused by air being sucked in through the top fitting.
FLEX-ING™ fiberglass manways provide maximum access to tank sumps while delivering solid durability. They feature a full fiberglass construction with a composite lightweight lid for easy access. The unique contoured skirt design expands out to 47”, providing clear access to large tank sumps as well as giving the manway added strength.
