Replacement 5 gallon spill containers , include factory installed risers on both fill and vapor models. A drain valve is included on fill models as shown. Factory assembled and tested. For all direct bury and multi-port manways. 85000-EXT includes an extension for use with platform packages shown on page 64. Available as vapor, without drain valve, or fill, with drain valve.
EBW® product shear valves immediately stop product flow in the event of fire or collision at the dispenser. A patented adapter shears upon impact, causing the poppet to seal on the valve body, preventing fuel spillage. If fire occurs, a fusible link releases the fulcrum arm, engaging the poppet.
The EBW 664 pressure regulator valve is designed to be used in conjunction with suction type dispensers connected to an aboveground storage tank. The pressure regulator valve prevents fuel from flowing to the pumping unit and flowing out the vent tube of the self-contained dispenser when the pump is not activated. The pressure regulator valve is a vacuum actuated valve which will not allow product flow until the suction of the pumping unit opens the valve. The valve closes by means of an internal spring when pumping is complete.
As part of the CableTight™ Wire Management System, the 75 mm Flexible Conduit System is ideal for consolidating groups of cables into single containment entry points in markets that allow flexible conduit.
Accessories for fill point applications.
The DIS installs in the interstitial space of steel and fiberglass double wall tanks and sumps and detects the presence of various liquids in tanks as well as sumps and other locations.
APT® secondary test boots are designed for testing the integrity of secondary contained flexible piping when using APT® clamshell fittings. Each boot has an air chuck for applying air pressure to the secondary containment jacket. Placing a boot on each end of the secondary containment jacket forms an airtight chamber for testing. After the testing is completed, slide the boots back on the pipe to open the secondary system. The boots remain on the pipe available for future testing as required by local regulations.
The transition sleeve is the practical, environmentally sound solution for above and below ground supply of generator or boiler applications from remote storage tanks. Steel piping enters the sleeve through APT special flexible double entry boots. It is an economical alternative that allows a straightforward installation with no special tools.
Brass Foot Valve: Foot valves are used to maintain the prime in suction system fuel lines. The foot valves are installed at the bottom of the suction pipe at the bottom of an underground storage tank. Single poppet foot valves are typically used where easy access to the valve is available. Double poppet models offer twice as much protection for maintaining the prime. Both 1-1/2" models can be used with EBW 320 extractor fittings. Foot Valve Extractor: The 320 foot valve extractor is designed for use with the 150 and 156 1-1/2" foot valves. This 20 lb. extractor valve provides a means to remove foot valves easily from underground storage tanks for cleaning or servicing. The 320 foot valve extractor is gasket sealed to prevent loss of prime caused by air being sucked in through the top fitting.
The HEALY™ brand 600 Series Bootless Vapor Recovery Nozzles feature a bootless design for Stage II Vapor Recovery applications. For use on new or existing vapor-ready dispensers, this nozzle features internal vapor flow control which is performed without the use of electronics or variable speed pumps installed at the dispenser.
