Defender Series Overfill Prevention Valves

The Defender Series® Overfill Prevention Valve (OPV) prevents the overfill of an underground storage tank during a gravity-fed product delivery. It employs a revolutionary magnetically-coupled actuator system to provide positive shutoff. This unique method of shutoff eliminates any penetrations in the valve, making it both vapor and leak tight. This also allows for remote compliance testing of the primary functionality at grade level without having to remove the OPV from the tank.

Extractor Vent Valves

EBW extractor vent valves are designed to fit into a 4" tank opening on an underground storage tank. Several outlet sizes are available to accommodate manifolded tank lines and Stage II vapor recovery installations. E-coated bodies are fully compatible for alcohol/gas blends and biodiesel.

Defender Series® P/V Vents

Defender Series® Pressure/Vacuum (P/V) vents regulate the pressure at which vapor is allowed to escape from the underground storage tank and the vacuum at which outside air is allowed to enter the tank. The P/V vent’s internal rolling diaphragm delivers consistent and controlled cracking for both low leak and high-pressure conditions while the superior construction of UV-resistant materials extends the overall service life. The in-line vault provides added protection and facilitates at-grade servicing and testing. This eliminates the added expense of lift trucks as well as the potential safety concerns of conducting work at height.

Multiport Sumps

Multiport sumps feature a solid fiberglass design and provide a watertight tank top containment solution for fill and vapor spill containers. These multiport sumps allow you to reduce the number of forecourt manways for better site appearance and improved pedestrian safety. The two-piece design eliminates confined spaces and gives installers full access to the containment during installation. The octagonal base design features eight flat panels molded together which provide ideal installation surfaces for 90° pipe entries. Each package includes a watertight sump shield, a sump reducer, the appropriate size and quantity of Neoprene boots and clamps.

FLEX-ING™ flexible connectors have become the industry standard and benchmark for quality as a means to easily connect a pipework system to other system components such as submersible pumps or shear valves. Product and Vapor Recovery Shear Valves

EBW® product shear valves immediately stop product flow in the event of fire or collision at the dispenser. A patented adapter shears upon impact, causing the poppet to seal on the valve body, preventing fuel spillage. If fire occurs, a fusible link releases the fulcrum arm, engaging the poppet.

Watertight Fiberglass Tank Sump

Designed to provide maximum protection from water intrusion with a simplified installation process, the Watertight Fiberglass Tank Sump delivers easy access to tank top equipment for fast maintenance and servicing. Completing the installation is simple. The pour-in-place slurry secures the riser to the base’s integrated channel, with no messy fiberglassing required. Available without bottom or with enclosed bottom.

APT® Flexible Pipe

APT® XP pipework provides a highly flexible pipework solution that makes installation simple and easy in any weather condition or site configuration. XP pipework can be used in both pressure and suction applications, and is ideal for underground service station fuel delivery systems. XP pipe is offered in 1”, 1 ½”, 1 ¾”, and 2” diameters in a variety of lengths.

UPP® Semi-Rigid Pipe

UPP® pipework utilizes the advanced electrofusion welding process to effectively bond system components including pipework and containment together into one, watertight system. UL UPP® pipe is offered in 1½", 2", 3", and 4" diameters and a variety of stick and coil sizes. EN UPP® pipe is offered in 32mm, 50mm, 63mm, 90mm, 110mm, and 160mm diameters and a variety of stick and coil sizes.

UPP® Risers

UPP® 4" Tank Risers provide a corrosion-resistant solution for mounting spill containers, probe and tank sensor access manways, and venting equipment to the tank top. The non-corrosive, HDPE design keeps the inside diameter free of corrosion, preventing overfill prevention valves, probes, and floats from being damaged when pulled from the tank for regular inspections.

Single Wall Rigid Entry Boot

APT® ducted and non-ducted rigid entry boots allow you to connect XP double wall flexible pipe to single wall containment sumps with an unsurpassed level of installation ease, while also completely removing exposed rubber from the connection. The interior pipe seal compresses onto the pipe, providing watertight connections between the boot and pipe. This durable entry boot requires only a single 5" entry hole for installation, eliminating the time-consuming process of drilling multiple holes as well as the templates they require.

Low profile, single wall fiberglass dispenser sumps provide easy access to under-dispenser equipment and piping connections. The tapered sump top facilitates optimal installation with non-island dispenser applications while also accommodating island forms. Designed with the electrician in mind, the flat ends of the sump allow electrical conduit to be installed with minimized bending while an integrated conduit mounting channel expedites conduit installation.
